Our mission is to advocate for policies and
initiatives that protect Manatee County's natural
resources, promote sustainability, and address
the climate crisis. We believe a healthy
environment is the foundation of a thriving
community. We seek to identify and recruit
candidates to run that align with our policies.

CLEAN WATER PETITION
2026

- Rght to Clean Water– To amend Florida’s constitution to
include fundamental right to clean and healthy water for all
residents and ecosystems.

- Holding Polluters Accountable – It empowers citizens to take
legal action against corporations and government entities that
violate water protection laws, ensuring stronger enforcement.

- Protecting Florida’s Waterways– The initiative focuses on
preventing pollution in lakes, rivers, estuaries, and aquifers,
aiming to safeguard drinking water and natural habitats.

- Ending Regulatory Capture– The petition challenges weak
enforcement and special-interest influence over water
regulations, demanding stronger protections for Florida’s
water resources.
